  • We offer a large seasonal swimming pool, playground, fishing, walking and hiking areas, plus laundry facilities, hot showers, secure mailboxes, storage, rec hall, onsite management, and more.

  • Yes, we offer storage facilities onsite through a separate monthly lease. Overflow parking is also available at no extra charge.

  • We are located at 6596 Riverland Drive Redding, CA 96002. Nestled up against the Sacramento River with easy access to I-15 and local attractions.

  • Absolutely — we are a pet-friendly park! We have a dedicated dog park, pet-walking areas, and waste stations conveniently located throughout the property.

  • Our sites accommodate all the big rigs, with spaces as long as 100 feet. Site widths start at 14 feet and up, with room for one vehicle; two vehicles at some sites. We have both back-ins, and pull-thru’s to choose from.

  • Yes! All sites include full hookups and 30 or 50 amp service. Water, sewer, and trash are included in your rate. Electric is billed separately. Complimentary WiFi is also available throughout the park.
